Every Makita power tool is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory. In addition to any warranties or conditions implied by applicable Statue or Regulation, Makita warrants all of its products against defective workmanship and faulty materials for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and undertakes, at its option, to repair or replace, free of charge, each product or part thereof on condition that:

• the complete machine is returned to Makita or one of its Authorised Service Agents, freight pre-paid, and found, on examination, to be suffering from a material or constructional defect;
• the machine or relevant part has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, or been involved in an accident.
• the repairs are not required as a result of normal wear and tear.

Makita cannot be held responsible for any repair other than those carried out by it or one of its Authorised Service Agents.

In New Zealand "Makita" means MAKITA (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED

In Australia "Makita" means MAKITA (AUSTRALIA) PTY LIMITED
