1. Information on how to claim form part of these terms & conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Any claim made is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Offer is only open to Australian residents with a valid apprenticeship. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies associated with this promotion & associated Power Tool Retailers are ineligible to claim.
3. Promotion opens 1st April 2012 & closes 31st March 2013 (“Promotion Period”). All claims must be received by last mail on 30th April 2013.
4. Details of cashback offers are as follows:
   1. Receive AUD$200 cashback with any Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product &/or Power Tool purchases to the total value of AUD$1,000 & above.
   2. Receive AUD$160 cashback with any Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product &/or Power Tool purchases to the total value of AUD$800-AUD$999.
   3. Receive AUD$50 cashback with any Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product &/or Power Tool purchases to the total value of AUD$300-AUD$799. All amounts are inclusive of GST.
5. Claimants must purchase the qualifying total value of Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product &/or Power Tool from an authorised Makita dealer in Australia.
6. Offer limited to one claim, one receipt per apprentice. Each claim must be completed with the apprentices’ full name, address, contact number & student Id, attached with a copy of the receipt verifying the total purchase value of any Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product &/or Power Tool within the promotional period, & be posted in a stamped envelope to: “Makita Apprentice Cashback Offer” PO Box 11 Villawood NSW 2163.
7. The Cashback will be awarded in the form of a cheque made out to the claimant. Please allow 6-8 weeks from receipt of the claim form by the Promoter for delivery of Cashback. Alternatively cashback amount can be rewarded by Electronic Fund Transfer by providing full account details including bank, account name, BSB & account number with the claim.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims & disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms & conditions.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail &/or claims.
10. By making a claim, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database & the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing & publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the claimant. All personal details of the claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
